Bailliage Officers

Bailli:  Jennifer M. Arney

In charge of all activities of the Bailliage, working with appointed members.  Responsible for the control of all business affairs and the ultimate success of events.  Represents the Bailliage as a Member of the National Council.

Vice Chancelier-Argentier:  Rosalyn Franta Kulik

The Vice President and Treasurer of the Bailliage, who acts in the place and stead of the Bailli, handles the Bailliage treasury and is responsible for the maintenance of the Bailliage books and accounts.

Vice Conseillier Cullinaire:  Kevin Pelley

In charge of the menu selection and wines for bailliage functions. Consults with the Bailli, Vice Echanson and the Menu Committee, if any. This officer is very knowledgeable about both food and wine. In essence, this officer functions as Chairman of the Dinner Committee.

Vice Échanson:  Erica Paradise

In charge of activities, functions and administration relating to the Société Mondiale du Vin.  Assists in selection of wines for all Bailliage functions.

Bailli Hon., Advocat:  Ruth C. Adrian

Advocate for all things related to Chaine and Bailliage functions with deep experience and historical context.

Vice Chargé de Médias Sociaux et Presse:  Donald Scott

In charge of social media and website of a Bailliage.  In charge of public relations and the communication of Bailliage events to Society publications and communicates with the Regional Chargés de Presse.  Provides reports of the Bailliage’s activities, with photographs, for possible inclusion in the National Bailliage’s publication, Cuvee.
